Requesting a refund of auto-renewal subscription

Hello.


I was charged for an auto-renewal subscription and I would like to request a refund. However, I have been trying to contact customer support and haven't been successful so far; the page just remained blank. I appreciate it if the support team contact me and give me advice on how to resolve this problem.
