One of my computers is listed as inactive in my account and it says my McAfee subscription has expired. My subscription is still good until 2025 as shown on my other computer. I've called numerous times and spent hours on the phone over the last month with different tech support personnel. They have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled LiveSafe on my computer. This has fixed the problem until I shut the computer down and then restart it. Then my subscription is again shown as being expired. I believe the problem lies in the fact that my computer was somehow listed as inactive in my account. I am waiting on a call back from Level 2 tech support, but that could take 24-48 hours! Ridiculous! I use this computer for my business!
I am getting ready to switch to a new product if this cannot be fixed. Anyone else have this problem?
