My McAfee Total Protection cannot run and virus database update. When I initiate an update it reports "It looks like you're offline".
But I am online and I can open any web page.
Also, I have deleted cookies, run preinstall tool (no issue found), and changed settings in Internet explorer as you recommended in a post on the support page. Also, I have tried to update the app but got the same message.
Also, I want to mention that I am running on Windows 10 desktop computer.
Also, I have uninstalled the product and installed a brand new installation, and the same.
Contacted support 24/7 but web form doesn't work (Send button inactive)
What to do next?
