False positive submission

Hi there

I'm racking my brain to submit false positive files of our product.

https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB85567#

You must use the word infected as the password for the .zip file. Any other password causes the sample to not be processed.
My company uses google email and gmail doesn't support to attach a password protected zip files.

Is there any other way to submit it?

Thank you...

(I can't even register on this site with my company account..)

Please let us know if you are using a corporate product or a consumer product to proceed further.

Thanks,

Re: False positive submission

Thank you for quick response.

I actually don't use any of McAfee product, but I used TotalVirus.

The result of TotalVirus affects for issuing certificate.

So I'm treating all old version of our binaries which we don't use anymore..
