Remove old devices from account coverage

Jump to solution

After logging into my account, I find 2 old devices, a pc and a laptop.  When I click on them the only option I'm given is to reinstall the software.  There is no remove button.  How can I remove these devices.

In addition, I see no way to add new devices for coverage.

Chat support not working - Ive been at my computer for 5 hours now and no repose.
Just so you know I'm working with two other computers now reinstalling McAfee on one and removing it from another - I will install bitdefender its has the same 5 computers.
I will keep one subscription from McAfee for now.
