I have Total Protection, Version 16.0, Release Name 16.0 R31. I can't check for updates because when I do it states "It looks like you're offline." I'm NOT offline. I'm online and I am when I check for updates. I ran a quick scan with no problem. Just this problem with checking for updates. It was fine yesterday and last night. Can you get this fixed, please?
