My computer on which I had Mcafee Total Protection committed suicide! I now have a new one which has Mcafee valid for one month and is about to expire. I now wish to uninstall this preloded product and install the product I have paid for. Problem is I can not access my paid for account. I have tried to access via http://home.mcafee.com/Secure/Protected/Login.aspx?Errcode=PLEASE & http://home.mcafee.com/root/MyAccount.aspx but for both the page can not be found, tried with Firefox and IE. Would really appreciate some help.

Thank you for your reply Karthik. I will do as you suggest and let you know the results as soon as I can..bit too busy at the moment.
Have just reset IE and can now get into my account, thank you so much. But it took quite a while for pages to load and several attempts to log out, perhaps site is busy?
