I have V9 with Vista. I am in the processing of preparing for Windows 7 upgrade. I have been using Windows Mail because I could not get Thunderbird mail to get and receive emails. Live Mail (the recommended Microsoft solution) is inadequate for my home business needs. While trying to get Thunderbird to work again, I have now succeeded in messing up my ability to send/receive from both Windows Mail and Thunderbird. My only access is through Live Mail. I spent over an hour with a technician from Sympatico (my ISP provider). The account configuration settings are correct from their perspective.
Could Security Suite be the issue?
