Sending new virus information to McAfee

Just recently, McAfee has detected a trojan:

File Name: MSZIPTOOLS.DLL
Detection Name: Generic Downloader.q

I have clicked on it's name to see what it was, but there was no information available according to the site. So, I decided that I would send it to McAfee. But when I clicked "send", after a while, it said that it could not send it due to a network problem.
I've done the same to a few other viruses in the past, but it said that the file was too big to carry.
Why is this?

Would anyone please assist me in this matter?

RE: Sending new virus information to McAfee

Hello,

If you have difficulties in uploading those infected file, you can also try to login to this website https://www.webimmune.net/default.asp and register with your email address and password.

Once you are done with the registration you can upload those files to our McAfee Avert department without any issues.
