Luke, as you seem to be listed as a T2 mcafee tech, is there anyone you can ask to see why we're experiencing problems with this process, which seems to have some connection to the mcafee servers not responding to product updates?
Similarly can you advise who amended my wife's account or give me the email address of someone to whom I can complain in regard to this matter.
I am still hopeful that mcafee will get this matter sorted, but there are many unexplained or unanswered questions which now seem to be allowed to slip past without explanation.
