CANNOT Activate Subscription

Hi,

Can anyone here help me??

I just bought a new Dell Inspiron laptop pre-installed with a McAfee SecurityCenter. It's been two weeks now and then suddenly the daily update stops working. Action Required to activate my subscription.

When I click the Fix button the application prompts the status "Activation in progress....". Then stops as if nothing happened! SecurityCenter is still not activated. :confused:
