Please I need to cancel my subscription. The product is no more needed. I am covered by your refund policy if the subscription is over 1 year and within the 30days purchase. I have 2 years subscription and I just bought the product yesterday 17-05-2023.
I have called the support line but no one is attending to my request. What other ways can I cancel my subscription and get refunded?

I have used the channel you provided, only phone number is available. I have called the line several times. No one picks up. There should be more than one options to get in touch, Why is it difficult to reach you. I have been on the lines for several minutes at different times but to no avail.

I called the number (+27)800995054 displayed on the support for South Africa again this morning. When I choose option 1, the answering machine says this line is reserved for Cooperate customers and partners, and it hung up.
I am not able to get through to your support and I need to cancel this subscription and get a refund.
Please let me hear from you what next to do.
