Blocked Connections from my own IP

I have a blocked connection from a PC.  The source IP is our local network.  I live in  a house with roommates, and do not get along with one of them.  How can I determine if this person is trying to access my PC?  This is my small business PC with sensitive info and is my lifeblood.  There have been multiple attempts over the past few days when tensions arose.  This person is a computer engineer and very petty.

Have you shared any resources from the same IP in the past?

I am not sure what that means.  My windows settings are set to public so that no one can get into my pc.
