iPhone VPN

Since recent update, VPN keeps disconnecting.  No change in home network and same for Verizon connection.  Check settings and it is always shows "connecting."  Once connected, takes 30-40 seconds to get almost any app to open and refresh.   Eg.  Google, Weather Channel, ESPN.  Assume this is a VPN McAfee installed and replaced the original.   This is not acceptable.  Started right after update.  Never had this issue before....

What can I check to correct this?  See I can reinstall your app, however, only part of my account number is visible.  How do I get the complete number or does the app do it automatically?

  1. Have you tried connecting VPN using different location and are you facing the same issue.
  2. Also, kindly provide us with the screenshot of the issue 

Yes. Uninstall & the application and let us know if the issue perists. You can find the activation code for your Safe connect account from your McAfee account page.
