I forgot to mention that the keyboard to type the pin required doesn’t pop up when I click on the pin box. Is there any way to unlock it restarted the phone & the mcafee locked screen comes up instead of the home screen when unlocking the phone

Re: Samsung Galaxy S9 T-Mobile Phone locked

Hello @Cruisin86

Please turn off the mobile and turn it back on. Try to enter the PIN.

If the phone doesn't turn off, You may need to perform a hard reboot in order to restart the mobile. Hold the volume down key and power button altogether for 10 seconds and let go of the buttons once the screen turns black. The phone will restart in few seconds and try to enter the PIN.

Re: Samsung Galaxy S9 T-Mobile Phone locked

Hello @Cruisin86

When you tap Forgot PIN, you should see an option Send me the email with PIN. Please select that option and enter the e-mail registered with McAfee Mobile Security. You will receive a temporary PIN to your e-mail.

Please enter that PIN to unlock the phone and then you can create a new PIN of your choice.

Changing the pin still doesn’t work because the app wasn’t even setup on the device that is locked is there any way to get passed the locked screen if it was never setup
