If you have any antivirus program installed in your mobile, please run virus scan in the mobile and check the safe connect status.
I'm using McAfe Mobile Security for my mobile. It scanned, and nothing found. Then I tried the VPN, it's still the same problem.

it seems there is currently a problem with the VPN and maybe this effects also the Mobile version and that is the reason you are having difficulties currently.
maybe asking the mod from that topic;if he can answer;
do you know if this problem could be related what you answered in the LiveSafe topic in above link perhaps ?
