How to correct total protection issue list on Mac

I have Total protection on a Mac. Since Big Sur I have had to re-install total protection a number of times but now seems stable even with latest MACOS update. However, it keeps reporting that I have issues with a small list of files that https://showbox.bio/ have supposedly been quarantined. I try and clear them by using the console but they can't be found and presumably don't exist in the quarantine folder any more and because of this they never get https://tutuapp.uno/ removed from the issue list. This issue list seems to be picked up every time even after doing a removal and re-install of latest total protection via my account. How do I get this reset so I don't have this issues listed all the time?
