refund please

Hello! I have been looking for a way to request a refund since four hours and only a phone number in USA is available! The first week I had a service request number which I didn find how to use it! I'm from Greece and I cant make a phone call to USA obviously.

Isn't there an e-mail adress for consumer supporting? It's our right to claim our money back!!

Can anyone give me some help? I don't Know what to do!! I have read that many others like me found a solution here in this community!

I have been charged  £ 129.99 despite having turned  the off auto renewal button.... never downloaded .the program. Due to the theft of my computer and vital information......had to changed my e-mail address as well .Today  I got an e-mail of a charge of the above mentioned  sum. No e-mails or prewarning of  this coming  oncoming charge .Sorry guys ..but I want a refund and I will never trust You  ever again. PS the autorenewal is reset again...not by me DS Regards Dr,B,K,J Bergman
