Why is game file (.exe) deleted after using reflexive patcher 2008?

using the program "reflexive patcher 2008" on the game "Ricochet lost worlds" modifies the

executable (ricochet.exe), to allow the full version of the game to play.  Mcafee then marks

it as a trogan and deletes it.  Turning off realtime scanning lets the game play for about

30 seconds-then the executable is deleted-no mention of anything this time, it just disappears.  Mcafee identifies the so called trogan as:artemis!4f7952b48979.  Searching

results in no results on the mcafee website.  I don't believe this is a trogan.  Is there a way

to tell Mcafee that a paticular file is ok?

Submit the file as mentioned put detection artemis!4f7952b48979 in subject. When they reply automatically sayiong detection add Possible false detection and that name in subject and reply back to them asking for a review.
