Hello, I found out today that my subscription is auto renewed, and I want to request a refund.
the contact-us page doesn't have a valid chat, which I can use.
Also, i tried calling your US number internationally, (I am based in Egypt) and I've been on hold for 11 mins. I can't afford that long!!
Why there is no email I can open a ticket with, and that is all? or even a chat bot who can resolve my problem swiftly?
I need to know now how can I refund this sum of money? I don't want the service.

To avoid these scenarios, you Wiz cards, which only works if you have money in them. I am using it and that is why I haven't faced any issue like this. However, there service is pretty much nice, why you would like to end this. I am using them from the past whole year and it has saved me from virus a lot of time. You should also won't end their subscription.
