Unable to add mobile phone in Identity Protection or in Phone verification- Mobile App

Tried adding phone numbers or just use it for a phone verification but no OTPs were received via phone number. Already used (+63) and just using 10 numbers but still not receiving anything. I'm using the McAfee mobile app.
