URGENT REFUND REQUEST

Hello,

I cancelled my auto renewal and need to request a refund but I cannot reach the customer support line when i try to call. I have been calling all day. The number for customer support does not appear to working. Using the customer support page provides no clarity. I was not even given a notice that I would be charged before they did the auto renewal. I am very disappointed.

I need assistance.

I need my refund!!!

Please assist!!!
