Today I tried to expand my subscription, that is from 5 devices to 10 devices. I could not do that via the website. So, I call Customer Support and provided information (name, email, phone number, address) - I was given a case number and transferred to another Customer Support which I assume is Sales. I was asked for the case number .. and then, I was asked again for all the information shared before. This is NOT an efficient way to operate. This is redundant. End of the story - I did not expanded my subscription. Sad story - a suggestion to McAfee (from a long time user) - please, update your website and your service protocols. Thank you
