How do I get someone I can talk to via email about my account?

All I get from Support is a number which I cannot get through to.

It is becoming so frustrating..

All I want to organize is a refund for a second subscription I do not need.

Help! Please.

Fitzgib

PM those details do not expose your private phone details here as they can be stripped and spammed.

Actually I was asked for those details and provided them to get some resolution to my refund request.

"We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, please reply to this message with your available date and time along with your best call back number to contact you and assist further with the refund request."

What now, going forward?

The message they wanted you to reply to was the PM. Please remove those phone numbers. When a mod sees them he will remove them but better you do it.

Hi  Bharanidharan

I received this message from you in response to my request for help to process a refund on a programme I bought in error.

“We have sent a private message to contact you regarding the refund request. Please reply to the message with the requested information to help you further.

Thanks and Regards
Bharanidharan S”

I replied with the details you requested, however I got a message from “Peacekeper” telling me to delete the information (phone contact number) as it could lead to scams . I did as requested. (Actually, Support should have my contact details

I am still not in contact with anyone from Support who can help me.

Basically I need someone I can talk to via email about my account? All I get from Support is a number which I cannot get through to.

All I want to organize is a refund for a second subscription I do not need.

It is so frustrating especially since I am now getting messages telling me my request for service will be terminated in 48 hours if they do not hear from me. Then it says Please do not reply to this e-mail.

Can you help?

Many thanks

Bernard
