Refund

I ended up paying three times to renew my security app after my session expired. When I bought it at first, it said my card couldn't be read. So I tried again two more times before finding out the payment did go through. So I would like twice my refund please. Thank you!

P.S. I can't really call because my phone's internet has been shot and even connecting to Wi-Fi isn't enough to make calls.
