Refund after unexpected renewal

I received an email that said that my subscription was auto renewed (it seem that the auto renew option is enabled by default)     

have been trying for few days to cancel my subscription and get a refund but I reached a dead end.

Can't reach Mcafee by phone and live chat is not enabled for me.

could you help me please with the refund process ?

Hi @Hari_durairaj 

As I mentioned before I tried all the possible way through  McAfee Consumer Support

I tried to call them but no answer.
and today I request a call back through the support chat and I received a missed call (they end the call quickly. the call appear on my screen just for 1 sec). And when I tried to call back no answer 

I want a solution for my request.

why you are complicating the refund process?
This is unprofessional. This can be accepted from small companies but not from a big company like McAfee.
