I could not locate a chat option on the support page.
About turning off the auto renewal, I already turned it off, but it had already triggered the process and my credit card started processing the payment, and now it is in the processing mode. Would you be able to abort the renewal process?
I am no longer living in the USA, I cannot call the US number.

We would like to let you know that if your credit card shows under process, you can contact bank to cancel the transaction or contact McAfee if the transaction is completed to initiate refund from McAfee end.
