I would like to request a refund of automatic renewal subscription that I was changed with today. The subscription service is too expensive and I can't afford it at this time. I've had no luck with the customer service number provided for Ireland and would like to resolve this issue by other means.

I was also recently charged for a product that was automatically renewed for £99.99.
I'm not happy with this as I turned off auto renew last year but somehow it turned back on.
I would like a full refund as I fall within the 60 days of your refund policy.
The email that was registered to the product is different from the one I am replying to you with.

Hi, would also like to request a refund and the subscription auto-renewed and is 100% more expensive than the last subscription I had. Could you please advise as similarly to others on this forum there is no 'service' from the customer service. I would like to resolve this as soon as possible and not take more time on it.
