Refund Request (Ireland)

I would like to request a refund of automatic renewal subscription that I was changed with today. The subscription service is too expensive and I can't afford it at this time. I've had no luck with the customer service number provided for Ireland and would like to resolve this issue by other means.

Hi,

I was also recently charged for a product that was automatically renewed for £99.99.

I'm not happy with this as I turned off auto renew last year but somehow it turned back on. 

I would like a full refund as I fall within the 60 days of your refund policy.

The email that was registered to the product is different from the one I am replying to you with.

I look forward to hearing from you very soon.

hello, im facing the exact same issue,could you please resolve it ?

i was charged 30 days before the expiration date,but i no longer want the antivirus.

Hi, would also like to request a refund and the subscription auto-renewed and is 100% more expensive than the last subscription I had. Could you please advise as similarly to others on this forum there is no 'service' from the customer service. I would like to resolve this as soon as possible and not take more time on it.

Hi.

 

Just wondering if you can help. I think I am also in the same situation. I have been charged £89.99 on 9/10 by McAfee Ireland. I believe this has also happened at least one more time in the November of 2021 for £69.99.

I spoke to McAfee twice yesterday and you said that you dont anything to do with McAfee Ireland or have any knowledge of such a withdrawal/scam. The last time I bought one of your products was 2019. I have already spent hours talking to yourselves, the bank and pay pal. The transaction had a code of MCAFEEIRELA

Could you please advise on how this can be resolved, thank you, Euan

Good morning. It looks like you managed to resolve or respond to some queries very quickly in some cases within 24 hours. Is this still the best forum or should I escalate this somewhere else. Your customer service team have been unable to help me, so I am running out of options.  Thanks Euan

Hi, I would also like to request a refund. I tried to call the number you present on your official website for many times. However, the number does not work at all. I am very unpleasant with this. I would like to resolve it as soon as possible.
