REQUESTING A REFUND

Hello

I am very dissapointed by the way this company treats its customers. I Would maybe gladly buy another year - anti-virus protection, but not like this. Unexpected auto - renewal - OK. If there was easy way to cancle this transaction, it would be nice.  BUT there is only one possibility to chose from - CALL US, even no email. If I COMPARE - OFFERING in Czech language but CUSTOMER SERVICE for this country doesn´t work.
