NOT HAPPY

Hi,  I am fed up with trying to contact Mcafee to find out if they have taken my money via my credit card.  I made a mistake by ordering on line there security/virus protector not realising that my bank has provided it on line  for me,all I keep getting told is to go to their on line customer service,  THEN YOU GO ROUND IN CIRCLES,  its hopeless!!! I want my money back if they have taken it,  so if they have got it and wont give back then my bank says they can take action,  so its up to them.

Sorry about the runaround but did you try their toll-free phone number which is the best way to contact them?  All account matters are dealt with there and not here on the forums unfortunately.
