I have been a long user of McAfee for more than 2 decades; new to this forum on this ID;
Recent lack of support for the alert viewer popup freezing issue thus forcing firewall to be operated in smart access vs preferred lockdown has made me decide to stop renewal;
Product up for renewal next month;
How to confirm if auto renewal is OFF?
The usual checks on the profile page has been done;
Also confirmed from the customer agent that he has deleted the card on file.
But still once In the past the credit card was charged.
Any advice?
