I re-subscribed prior to my renewal date (April 2022) wherein I availed the 2 year subscriptions. On the renewal date (April 2022), my card was deducted again for 1 year subscription. I would like to request for a refund. Additionally, the contact number for the customer service in the Philippines does not work. I messaged your Fb customer service, but no one replied to my inquiry.
