I have two subscriptions for McAfee on two Lenovo laptops I know longer use as both are broken and can't be repaired. Even though the card on the account has expired my PayPal account seems to have been used to take the money in January. I have turned off the auto-renewal now but there seems to be no way to cancel the subscription or ask for a refund other than to phone a US number. This is not acceptable.
Please cancel both subscriptions and refund me this years subscription asap.
