Re: Can't turn off McAfee anti-spam for Outlook

Hi @Esco34

Greetings from McAfee.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Remove the Add-in completely from the Outlook application by following the below steps. Once done try to remove the McAfee Anti-Spam folder,

  1. Click on File -> Options -> Add-ins
  2. Select McAfee Antispam and click on ‘Go’
  3. A new dialog box opens with the Add-Ins list. Please check the box for McAfee Antispam Add in(Make sure other Add-Ins are unchecked).
  4. Click on “Remove”.

If this information was helpful in any way or answered your question, please mark it as the accepted solution and give Kudos if appropriate.

Regards,
Hari

Re: Can't turn off McAfee anti-spam for Outlook

I don't have the "Remove" option, i can only disable the McAfee add-in feature?

I also don't have the McAfee Antispam in the list for add-in?

See screenshot in attachment.
