Auto subscription

Hi, I've been calling the customer service for the last week but the line never seems to pick up.

I've been deducted $139.95 due to auto subscription due end of this month. I've tried calling to cancel the subscription and request a refund but nobody seems to be working.

I need assistance here!

Yes I did. But nobody picked up the phone as I've mentioned. No alternative options was offered.
