"Allow Access Once"

Hi. I am running McAfee Personal Firewall 10.15 on a Windows Vista Home Premium operating system on a Dell Inspiron E1505 laptop. Recently, I've been doing work that requires my use of SQL Server Windows NT (sqlservr.exe). Once this work began, McAfee asked upon each boot-up whether to allow full access, allow access once, or block access. I always selected "allow access once," since I couldn't get my work done otherwise, but also because I didn't trust this .exe file to grant it full access.

Yesterday, I mistakenly selected Block Access for this sqlservr.exe file. Within McAfee SecurityCenter, I have figured out how to assign Full Access, Outbound Access Only, or Block Access to sqlservr.exe. But what I would really like to do is return things to the state where the Firewall automatically queried me about this .exe file upon each boot-up. Any ideas as to how to get McAfee Firewall to do that? Thanks.
