Net Guafd is blocking my website www.andrew-sharp.co.uk, is this down to my website being on a shared server? If so what can I do about it? The IP address is 83.170.122.1.

Hi
Went on to live chat and issue has been resovled, Firewall needed a restore to default settings. Thanks for you help and advice.
Hi,
I had no problem going there. The only thing I noticed was a grey SiteAdvisor icon which indicates your site hasn't been checked yet, but when I click on the icon it says it has been rated - green, in other words OK.
Is it showing up in Netguard's list?
Double-click the taskbar icon to open SecurityCenter
Click Web and Email Protection to expand
Click Firewall
Click Netguard.
If it is showing turn off Netguard and Apply
Then close the browser if not done already.
Turn Netguard back on and then open your web page.
A prompt should ask you to allow it or block it.
or simply highlight the item and delete it.
If you need to speak to someone about this, Technical Support is now available free of charge by phone or online chat. Just click the link under Useful Links at the top of this page.
Moved this to Personal Firewall for the moment as Netguard is part of that.

Hi
Ok - sorry about that, I'm new and still finding my way around.
No problem...glad it's sorted out for you. All the best. 😉
Are you still having problems? Another poster has reported the same issues as you, and has the same IP address. When I checked it I found two reports, one for spam and the other more serious because a site on the server was flagged as being a Zeus v2 drop zone. Either of those could cause problems for other sites hosted at the same IP address.
Hi Hayton,
Since returning my own Firewall back to default settings, I've had no problem with getting into my website. However that's not to say that other people might not have a problem. I will have a look at this and see if other people are still having problems. I will also report your findings to my ISP (UK2) as I think they should look at this problem. Will let you know asap.
Thanks
Andy-s
Hi Hayton,
Looks like there's still a problem, will take this up with my hosting company UK2 and let you know what they're going to do about it. Thanks for your help.
Regards
Andy-s
Complete nonsense. Does not work. Clicking on IP List does not doe any this.
The product is very poor, and technical support is even worse.
