McAfee Firewall is 'Snoozed' and Refuses to Turn On

Ugh, this has happened before, and it's always a pain in the neck to turn back on. So yesterday I opened Firefox and I got a warning that said my firewall is off. So I went to turn it back on and it says it was 'Snoozed'. Can someone please clarify what it means when my firewall is 'Snoozed'? After numerous attempts to turn on the firewall, it still refused to turn on! I scanned the computer with an avast! full system scan and a threat scan from Malwarebytes and there were no viruses detected that would prevent me from turning on a firewall. I restarted the computer to see if that would help, but nope, it still refuses to turn on! I am getting very frustrated. My computer is an Acer Aspire ZC 606 running Windows 8.1. It is not even a year old (getting close though) and seems to have no problems, so why is it doing this, and how can I prevent it from happening again?

Re: McAfee Firewall is 'Snoozed' and Refuses to Turn On

problem persists. support is non-existent for a broken product inserted into Microsoft Windows, as its pre-installed security solution.
