Firewall turns off automaticly

Hello,

I receive since a few days and very frequently a message who says that my firewall is not active. I turn this on, but after a short time, this message come back and may firewall is no more active. I have made the McAfee virtual technician run and this give me the following report (3 pages) where a message about the personnal firewall appears in red but I don't know the signification of this. Do somebody knows how I kan solve this problem. Thanks for help:

Could you please update me the following details

What is your operating system ? Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8

Type of Internet Connection: DSL / Cable / Wireless

Hello,

I am working with window 7 and my connection is of ADSL type. My computer is connected with a cable to the router.

Karthik,

Thank you for the time you give me.

I didn't find the 2 services (see screenshot here under (4 p) - I have a french version and the name of these services are: "Moteur de filtrage de base" and "Pare-feu Windows"

I cannot start the Windows firewall (see screenshot of the error message 0x80070424).
