Do you hear the frustration??? Have followed ALL of the feedback and had to uninstall, reinstall 10 times in the last two months after having never had a problem before. FIX THE PROBLEM and make it EASY for your customers or I/we are cancelling and blogging/commenting about it everywhere. I have a job. It shouldn't be trying to do yours.
