FIREWALL BLOCKAGE REPORTING

My Firewall is preventing an internet connection I believe should be allowed.  Now I say I think it should be allowed to connect but I want to be sure by seeing what it was blocking. I went to the Firewall report but all it showed was a graph. Is there a way to find out what the Firewall was blocking and to allow connection if I find necessary?  I use Windows 11, Microsoft Edge.
