Can not connect to Call of Duty Cold War servers

As the subject says.  The executable files show in McAfee Firewall as being added and allowed, yet the game times out and tells me it's unable to connect.  I've removed the files and tried letting the program add them automatically.  I've removed them and tried having the program ask me for permission.  I've removed the files and added them manually.  I also looked up which ports the game uses and added these to the firewall.  However, all these attempts end with the program showing as allowed but still blocked.

I'm sure it's the firewall causing my problem because if I turn it off, the game connects normally.  But I tend to play games for several hours at a time and I'd rather not leave the firewall off that long.  Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
