Still no way to disable annoying popups

Hello Everyone,

I hope someone has been able to find a resolution. After reading many posts about this issue, I still continue to receive popups that I want to turn off. One post mentions a settings icon appearing on the popup itself, but I have never seen this icon. Another post mentions going into my account settings and disabling it from my Information Alerts tab, yet I don't see any option to disable or enable. A third post refers to browser settings, but this occurs externally regardless if I have a browser open. Here is an example of one the popups. While they may provide some information, I don't want them appearing unless I make that choice. They are intrusive and cause problems with my computer. I am ready to cancel my subscription if this is not fixed.

Here's hoping for a resolution,
