Mark as Spam Greyed out in tool bar Win 10 Outlook 2010

Jump to solution

Hi,

Has anyone cured this problem?

In the McAffe tab the "Mark as Spam" "Mark as not Spam" and "add friend" are all greyed out.

Effectively I can't mark as spam or unmark as spam, I'm using pop3 windows 10 and outlook 2010

Any help appreciated.

Gary

Hi,

Hope I've got the info you need.

McAfee LiveSafe Version 16 Release 16.0 R29

On outlook, Microsoft office professional plus 2010, can't find the version number, perhaps you could point me in the right direction, I believe support has been withdrawn so no updates available, again perhaps you could advise.

McAffe updated last 7/2/21

Thanks

Gary

Hi,

Not happy would describe my feelings right now.

Got the phone call and remote access, was told the reason the buttons were greyed out was because I was using Outlook 2010, upgrade and all will be ok.

At considerable expense I've now upgraded to Office 2019 ant the buttons are still greyed out, I feel conned by Mcaffe support, and considerably out of pocket, wish I had stayed with AVG!
