See below to learn what it takes then visit your Member Profile to see all your badges. 

Level Up.

Every sign in, post, kudos, and accepted solution moves you up the ranks. How you reach each level will remain a mystery. After all, we don’t want to spoil all the fun.

Earn Recognition.

Not only can you climb to new heights by leveling up, but your contributions can earn you an entirely new role (and level) in the community. When you earn a reputation, this accolade follows you in the form of an icon which accompanies your username throughout the community for all to see (and admire).

Role Name	How to Earn	Perk	Icon Awarded
Reliable Contributor	Members who participate in the forums and add new topics and replies which other members deem helpful. Your contributions must result in netted Accepted Solutions and Kudos from fellow members. To earn this role, members should post in any forum with troubleshooting tips and encourage members to give your post a kudos and/or for the post author to select 'Accept Solution', if applicable.	Member perks plus the option to create a signature.
McAfee Employee	McAfee employees sharing their expertise throughout the forums carry the badge as well as the icon so you’ll know when you’re interacting with a trusted member of our team.	NA
McAfee Moderator	This badge is awarded to McAfee employees who moderate and facilitate throughout the forums. We hope you’ll find this helpful when interacting with them.	NA

Earn Badges.

Badges represent your activity and likewise, how much other members value your knowledge. Your participation automatically releases them to your profile so they're visible to the entire community. Heads up, some badges are hidden so be prepared to be surprised.

	Break the ice	Start a new conversation by publishing your first topic (not reply).
	Earn your first kudos	Contribute helpful posts that will earn a like.
	Contribute favorable content	Keep contributing and the more kudos your comments earn, you’ll become a Rising Star.
	Join a group	McAfee employee-led groups are product focused environments for customers to share feedback. Join a group to earn this award.
	Post and engage with others	Join in on the discussion and reply to forum posts. Keep it up to  earn all the badges in this category.
	Contribute solutions	Solutions or answers drive a helpful community. Have a number of your posts accepted as a solution by the author (or moderators) and earn all badges in this category.
	Membership	Can you tell we like having you around? Earn badges according to your registration date.
	Be a reliable source	In addition to inheriting the 'Reliable' icon, Reliable Contributors earn a badge for the kudos their accepted solutions have earned among members of the community.
