Multiple Devices Not Shown in Account Status

It's been months, and McAfee still can't seem to list all my protected devices when I view my subscription/account/protected devices. Scan/protection seems to work on 'uncovered' laptops (2), but only mobile devices are listed. Multiple responses from the community, tech help chat, actual phone calls insured that McAfee was aware and fixing(sic) the problem, but WTF takes so long? Time to switch.
