Reembolso

Tento há mais de 7 dias entrar em contato com os telefones do suporte, sem sucesso. Houve cobrança de renovação, sem aviso prévio em meu cartão, mesmo que eu não tenha nenhum produto que utilize o serviço. Não consigo solicitar reembolso por nenhuma via, os telefones do suporte não atendem, já fiquei mais de horas na linha.
