I've been trying to use my account to cancel and refund an annual payment that occurred June 7th but the website will not allow me.
Please could you assist with cancelling and processing a full refund as I'm within the 60 days requirement.
I tried contact twitter, phone number and sending emails but no avail. I'm in Ireland and have called that number several times: 0800 028 7581 - and I get a message that the number I have called is not recognised.
Please it would be helpful if there was a trusted support system without having to use the community support. Either way, I hope you can assist.
