Request Refund

I've been trying to call customer service on my day off for the last two weeks. I've been on hold for a half hour or more with no one answering. I need a refund for this service. I no longer have the device and I'm not even sure how this was renewed when the credit card on file was replaced due to fraud charges three months ago. I'm really frustrated with how difficult requesting a refund is. Please advise as soon as possible as this high unexpected expense really put me out this month.
